We are seeking a highly skilled Remuneration Analyst to join our team at Legerutengrenser. As a key member of our Intersectional Benchmarking Unit, you will play a crucial role in conducting salary surveys and labour market analyses to support our operations worldwide.
As a Remuneration Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting thorough analysis of the local labour law, practices that are considered common law, and the political and cultural variables that may affect the labour market. You will also assess the cost of living via a secondary Monthly Household Expenditures Survey by collecting average familial expenses required to maintain a decent standard of living.
Our ideal candidate will have knowledge/experience in HR remuneration schemes (salaries and benefits), good analytical skills, and fluency in English, both oral and written. Proficiency in MS Excel and Word is also essential.
We offer a project-based contract for 8 to 12 weeks per assignment, with opportunities to conduct several assignments. Our field missions provide an exciting and fast-paced opportunity to gain professional experience in a humanitarian setting.
