About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join TN Norway as a Quality Assurance Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the implementation, maintenance, and oversight of the Quality Management System (QMS) in local affiliates.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement quality strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  2. Maintain accurate records and reports on quality metrics and performance indicators.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks.
  4. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with QMS procedures and regulatory requirements.
  5. Provide training and support to local staff on quality procedures and protocols.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of GxP regulations and quality standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using Quality Management Systems and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective leadership and team management abilities.
