">We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team as the DENZA Brand Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for building the brand from 0-1 and driving sales in the local market.

- Develop Regional Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute regional marketing strategies and annual plans for the brand, aligning with business objectives and Global Marketing Strategic Guidelines.">
- Enhance Brand Awareness: Collaborate with the European PR and Event team for all marketing activities execution in the region such as National Events, advertising, and digital campaigns.">
- Maintain Good Relationships: Maintain good relationships with press, media, agencies, and social influencers to ensure visibility and reputation of the brand and product stories.">
- Supervise Dealer Marketing Plans: Supervise Dealer Marketing Plans and executions and provide dealers with marketing support and guidance.">
- Conduct Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research on the region and monitor competitor activities.">
- Optimize ROI: Take responsibility for steering the marketing budget, ensuring the rational use of marketing funds and optimizing ROI.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

- University Degree: University degree in Marketing, Sales, or commercial disciplines.">
- Automotive Industry Experience: Solid experience in the Automotive industry or Branded Retail Products.">
- Marketing Management Experience: 8+ years of experience in roles related to Marketing management in the Automotive business.">
- Excellent Digital Skills: Excellent digital skills.">
- Customer-Oriented Mindset: Customer-oriented mindset.">
- Effective Communication: Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.">
- Resilient and Open-Minded: Resilient and open-minded.">
- Results-Oriented: Results-oriented with the ability to work to deadlines, hands-on approach, and motivated to achieve results.">
- Linguistic Skills: Effective and eloquent communicator in English & Norwegian is mandatory (Other European languages and/or Mandarin Chinese would be a plus).">
