About The Role
This critical position involves technical due diligence, site assessment, and strategic partnerships with local municipalities and energy providers. You will navigate complex regulatory landscapes, ensuring compliance with national and European standards. Your work will impact atNorth's expansion strategy, driving long-term business success.

About You
You possess strong experience in site development, energy infrastructure, or real estate in Norway, with a deep understanding of the Norwegian energy sector. Proven expertise in property transactions, valuation methodologies, and legal due diligence is essential. A proactive and structured approach, combined with excellent project management skills, will enable you to excel in this role.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in site development, energy infrastructure, or real estate in Norway.
  • Strong knowledge of the Norwegian energy sector, including grid access and permitting.
  • Experience with property transactions, valuation methodologies, and legal due diligence.
  • Ability to navigate complex regulations and governance frameworks.
