Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality Indian cuisine dishes according to our recipes and menu standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Preparing and cooking a variety of Indian dishes using fresh ingredients and adhering to strict quality control standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and stored.
- Managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and implementing effective stock management practices.
- Collaborating with the sous chef/master chef to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes.
- Providing exceptional customer service by ensuring prompt delivery of orders and maintaining a positive attitude towards guests.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a chef in a fine-dine restaurant setting.
- Diploma in hotel management or a related field.
- Permanent residence in the EU/EER/Switzerland.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Dutch.
- Competitive salary: €55,000 - €65,000 per annum (based on experience).
