Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at our Concept Store in Haugesund. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, developing in-depth knowledge of our outdoor products, and contributing to a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and sales support
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Norrøna's outdoor products
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and product placement
  • Assist with receiving and pricing merchandise
  • Support the store manager and contribute to a positive work culture
Requirements:
  • Completed high school education
  • Previous retail experience
  • Genuine interest in sports and outdoor activities
