The Senior Key Account Manager shall secure short and long-term profitable business for the Network/IT Infrastructure Sales portfolio of Huawei Technologies Norway AS through proactive business development and management of internal resources based on fundamental understanding of the customers' business, network operations and objectives. Act with strong authority and accountability to develop business relation and actively contribute to making customers successful.
As a Key Account Manager you will be responsible for following tasks:
- Building relationships with senior customer executives to achieve "trusted partner" status and address the entire efficient network modernisation business needs of the customer.
- Representing Telenor Group Account portfolio for Nordic.
- Leading business development, Infrastructure sales projects, including negotiations throughout the sales process.
- Helping the organization to innovate and to develop new Infrastructure business models based on customer needs and requirements.
- Managing Group Frame work Agreements and driving business development by extending market share through Local Supplier contracts.
- Ensuring Customer satisfaction.
- Working closely with local internal BU operations to ensure quality and profitability in delivery by securing contract fulfillment, including the delivery of Services.
- Managing Huawei relationship with the customer based on fundamental understanding of the customers' Regional/local network operations business and stakeholder objectives.
- Developing the long term business with the customer by building and maintaining key relationships and trust as well as identifying strategic partnerships for profitable business opportunities based on long/short term services delivery.
- Be part of high performing sales & delivery support teams.
In order to be successful, we are looking for candidate with following qualifications:
- University degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering.
- 10 years relevant experience in Telecom Infrastructure either in Operator or Vendor portfolio.
- Proven ability to handle large scale Network Infrastructure Sales Projects in a competitive market.
- Strong business acumen and good insight into customer's business priorities.
- Excellent sales management capability, preferably with key account management or with senior sales management experience
- Ability to work closely with the customer in order to to identify, sell and agree the business benefit to the customer's business with a profitable arrangement for both parties.
- Familiar with the telecom network solutions and Technology; possessing the knowledge of markets, products, processes, etc.
- Strong business and financial awareness to ensure good understanding of implications that various courses of action will have on cost and revenue.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English and Norwegian.
- Willingness to travel.
