Pareto Securities is growing, and we are looking for ambitious and motivated professionals to join our Business Technology Team in Oslo. Our Business Technology Team drives key technology and business initiatives across all areas of the Group. As a leading Nordic Investment Bank with a global footprint, our strategy is to utilize the possibilities that lie in new technology to explore new opportunities to increase efficiency, quality and growth.
The team consists of 11 employees in frontend, backend, mobile, design, and project management. We form small teams for each project so those involved can make decisions and deliver results. As part of our Business Technology Team, you will also work closely with experienced colleagues across our business, including important vendors.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management across diverse teams and geographies
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and external partners to deliver solutions
- Foster a positive and productive project environment with a focus on quality and speed
- Report progress to stakeholders and ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle
- Support our growing in-house software team in planning and following up on new product development
- Manage progress, risks, and cost control to ensure transparent and predictable delivery
- Identify opportunities for automation and smarter use of AI and data across the organisation
Who we're looking for?
You have a strong interest in finance and thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. The role requires persistence, ownership, and a proactive mindset. Additionally, you must be able to collaborate well with others in a team setting and across functions. We value curiosity and initiative, whether your edge is technical insight, vendor management, or an understanding of financial processes.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in project management
- Interest in finance and the financial market
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, Finance, Technology, or related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
- High work capacity and ethical standards
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, written and spoken
