About the role

As a Product Designer, you'll help shape digital products from early exploration to launch. You'll work with multidisciplinary teams and clients to turn complex ideas and technologies into clear, intuitive experiences.

You're comfortable working through ambiguity, defining what matters, and shaping beautiful and impactful products. At BB, you'll be part of ambitious projects that explore how technology and design come together in new ways.

What you'll do

• Own design work end-to-end: from research and discovery, through prototyping, UI + system design, launch and iteration.
• Translate complex technologies, audience insights and stakeholder ambitions into elegant, intuitive digital experiences - combining strong design craft with a clear sense of purpose
• Collaborate closely with others across Brand, Engineering and PM teams. Developing a working understanding of their domains and how they intersect with Product.
• Be an active part of a collaborative team - giving feedback with care, building on others' ideas, and helping shape our design culture
• Work with ambitious clients pushing the limits of their fields - from early-stage startups to industry leaders

Who we're looking for

• 3+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio that shows thoughtful solutions to complex problems
• Comfortable with ambiguity - you ask the right questions, create clarity, and move work forward with confidence
• Clear and proactive communication skills, with an ability to articulate ideas in both internal and client contexts
• Independent and collaborative: you take ownership of your work, welcome feedback, and thrive when working alongside others
• Proven experience delivering ambitious work in fast-moving, multidisciplinary teams.
• Genuine curiosity for emerging technologies, new tools and the evolving contexts in which they exist
• Interest in product strategy and storytelling
