Vi søker en
rådgiver gevinster og infrastruktur
som vil ha et koordinerende ansvar på tvers av porteføljen for forretningsutvikling og gevinstrealisering innen infrastruktur. Rollen inngår i et større forbedringsarbeid som skal øke modenhetsgraden innen gevinstrealisering i organisasjonen.

Arbeidsoppgaver

Som rådgiver vil du bidra til:

  • Følge opp endringstiltak definert i gevinstrealiseringsplanen
  • Utarbeide og forankre gevinstrealiseringsplan i gjennomføringsfasen
  • Gi råd i prosjekter og tiltak innen delportefølje infrastruktur
  • Fullføre standardisering av gevinstrammeverket
  • Overføre kompetanse og verktøy innen gevinstrealisering til teamet
  • Bidra på øvrige oppgaver etter behov

Kvalifikasjoner

Må-ha:

  • Minimum seniorkonsulentnivå
  • Bachelor eller tilsvarende utdanning
  • Dokumentert erfaring med gevinstrealiseringsarbeid i større offentlige infrastrukturprosjekter
  • PRINCE2-sertifisering eller tilsvarende
  • Flytende norsk, skriftlig og muntlig

Ønsket erfaring:

  • Erfaring med arbeidsmøter og gevinstutviklingsprosesser
  • Erfaring med komplekse virksomheter og gevinstrealisering
  • Erfaring med metodikk for økonomiske gevinster
  • Økonomisk utdannelse er en fordel
  • Erfaring med prosjektstyringsverktøy Clarity PPM)
  • Erfaring med M365/MS Office, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Erfaring med rapporteringsverktøy som Power BI
  • Kjennskap til prosjektveiviseren og MoP
  • God forståelse av IKT-infrastruktur i spesialisthelsetjenesten
