In this full-time role, you'll combine executive support and office management with some HR and finance tasks — ensuring that every detail behind the scenes contributes to a seamless, efficient, and welcoming environment. You'll play a key role in keeping our daily operations on track, supporting leadership, and strengthening our team culture. If you take pride in organizing, love variety, and enjoy being the go-to person everyone relies on, this could be your next step.
What makes us special:
- Become part of a unique entrepreneurial team. Think independently, use your initiative, and take some risks. Entrepreneurship is a powerful force that drives the growth not only of our firm but our clients and people.
- Unlock the power of opportunity. Advance your career in a thriving company that creates positive impact. We invest in your professional development every step of the way.
- Prioritize your health and wellbeing. No matter where you live, we offer a competitive suite of health benefits to help keep you and your loved ones safe.
- Work in a values-driven culture. At Simon-Kucher, our vision is to become the world's leading growth specialist. Our values guide the way we do business and communicate our distinctiveness. They sum up what we stand for, influence our culture, and drive how and why we do things.
How you will create an impact:
- Supporting Finance & Operations by processing payments, handling incoming invoices, preparing financial reports with accurate documentation, coordinating communication between stakeholders, and assisting in the year-end closing process.
- You will manage Office Operations & Personal Assistant tasks by serving as the main contact for the Oslo office, coordinating travel and calendars, overseeing onboarding and office logistics, and organizing team and client events.
- You will support People & HR by collaborating with the Nordic HR team, assisting in recruitment processes, preparing contracts and onboarding materials, maintaining employee records and documentation, and contributing to engagement initiatives that strengthen team culture and belonging.
Your profile:
- You have experience in administration, finance, HR, or office coordination, and you're comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities with professionalism and ease.
- You take initiative, anticipate needs, and ensure tasks are completed with quality and care.
- You communicate fluently in Norwegian and English (written and spoken) and thrive in an international environment.
- You handle sensitive information with discretion, take pride in accuracy, and enjoy working closely with both colleagues and leadership.
- Above all, you bring a positive mindset, a service-oriented approach, and a genuine interest in keeping people and processes connected.
