2 x Operations & Maintenance Planner

Vi søker en erfaren Operations & Maintenance Planner til et midlertidig engasjement. Rollen har en sentral funksjon i planlegging og gjennomføring av vedlikeholdsstans og krever høy grad av struktur, helhetsforståelse og evne til å balansere planlegging, analyse og gjennomføring.

Ansvarsområder

  • Utarbeide og vedlikeholde shutdown-planer i Safran basert på Critical Path Method (CPM), inkludert masterplan (L3/L4) og SIMOPS-oversikt.
  • Integrere data fra SAP, PIMS og andre planleggingssystemer for et komplett beslutningsgrunnlag.
  • Koordinere samtidige operasjoner (SIMOPS), identifisere og håndtere aktivitetskonflikter, samt sikre HMS- og miljøkrav.
  • Planlegge og optimalisere ressursbruk i henhold til POB-kapasitet, logistikk og tilgjengelig personell via HeliBooking.
  • Utarbeide bemanningsplaner og ressurs-/fremdriftshistogrammer.
  • Overvåke fremdrift offshore under gjennomføring, rapportere status og foreslå forbedringstiltak.
  • Sikre høy datakvalitet og effektiv informasjonsflyt mellom CMMS, SAP, Safran og øvrige systemer.
  • Bidra til risikostyring ved å identifisere kritiske faktorer og iverksette forebyggende tiltak.
  • Utarbeide analyser og rapporter til prosjektteam og ledelse.
  • Gi faglig støtte til shutdown core team for effektiv bruk av planleggingsverktøy.

Kvalifikasjoner

  • Erfaring med planlegging av vedlikeholdsstans, prosjektstyring eller tilsvarende teknisk planleggingsarbeid.
  • God kunnskap om SIMOPS og koordinering av komplekse operasjoner.
  • Strukturert, analytisk og løsningsorientert med sterk gjennomføringsevne.
  • Evne til å håndtere parallelle prosesser og levere under tidspress.
  • Gode samarbeidsevner og kommunikasjon på tvers av fag og organisasjoner.
  • Kjennskap til Safran Projects, SAP og relevante planleggingsverktøy.
