The Project & Equipment Specialist oversees maintenance planning, inspection scheduling, technical documentation, and readiness of equipment—while also playing a key role in delivering assigned offshore/onshore projects.

Day to day you'll be involved in:
Operations

- Ensure all required equipment documentation; including certification, service histories, and compliance records is correctly identified, maintained, and stored, with accurate updates to the asset management system.
- Proactively identify, communicate, and resolve potential issues that may affect equipment delivery.
- Support Q Pulse/Lessons Learned process and implement corrective actions as appropriate.
- Coordinate with technicians and engineering teams to plan and prioritise maintenance tasks.
- Perform non-invasive equipment checks (visual reviews, documentation verification, readiness assessments).
- Ensure pre-mobilisation checks and FATs/SATs are planned and executed on time.
- Track equipment performance, identify potential issues, and escalate to the relevant technical teams.
Project Delivery
- Support planning and execution of assigned projects, both onshore and offshore.
- Work closely with sales and clients to ensure equipment readiness aligns with project timelines.
- Participate in project meetings, risk assessments, and mobilisation planning.
- Provide technical input on equipment capabilities, limitations, and configuration requirements.
- Support clients throughout project lifecycle.
- Produce project work packs for the offshore technicians.
- Participate in post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improvement actions.
- Act as the central point of contact between Maintenance, Engineering, Logistics, and Project Delivery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance systems, project execution practices, and equipment utilisation.
What experience you'll bring:
- Technical understanding of mechanical, offshore, or marine systems
- Previous exposure to project delivery, planning, or coordination roles.
- Understanding of offshore industry standards and certification requirements
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to take ownership and work under own initiative.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience in maintenance management systems
