Your new role
Our work now and in the future is all about people and building strong relationships. As a Regional Market Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving strategic growth and enhancing our presence in the regional market. By understanding regional dynamics and client needs, you'll be able to deliver exceptional service and achieve great business outcomes.

You will strategically manage and implement Ramboll's overarching strategy within the region, enhancing visibility and collaboration while increasing our market share. Your role involves prioritizing opportunities, gathering leads, organizing regional market boards, hosting client events, handling local media, and acting as Tender Owner for strategic Must Wins. You will follow up on framework agreements to capitalize on opportunities.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Identify and capitalize on local sales opportunities, driving topline growth
  • Implement cross business area profitable growth initiatives
  • Foster client relationships and build networks
  • Enhance collaboration across business areas
  • Increase visibility as a vocal representative of Ramboll
  • Organize regional market boards and host events
