Creative Content Specialist

This role
is an exciting position for someone who knows how to turn complex ideas into engaging, visual content. Our new content manager will shape our market position through producing high-quality and trustworthy content that can be used across all channels. This position will own and deliver upon Monil's content strategy, planned together with the Head of Marketing and Growth. You'll lead the production of creative projects from start to finish with a lot of freedom to learn and test your ideas.
What you'll be doing as Monil's Creative Content Specialist
- Produce and post engaging ads across markets, A/B testing ideas and improving performance to deliver messaging that resonates with farmers and generates leads.
- Design and create engaging content that can be used across multiple channels like newsletters, blogs, website, PR and other collateral.
- Come up with creative ideas and concepts for videos (for example tutorial-style videos, influencer collaborations, or more polished productions), and manage the project from scripting to launch.
- Execute on strategic campaigns that drive market awareness, lead generation and online sales. Adapt quickly to changes and continuously innovate to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
- Own the growth of our organic social media channels through preparing and posting content that drives lead generation and builds trust amongst farmers.
- Visit ranches to connect directly with our customers, gather insights, and create authentic, valuable and relatable content. Gain a deep understanding of the needs and challenges our customers face to inform messaging.
- Own the creative aspects of Monil's content plan together with Head of Marketing and Growth.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, farmer success, product, and global marketing teams to deliver successful marketing campaigns.
As part of the Marketing team at Monil,
you will have the opportunity to shape our brand image and market visibility, and your designs will be seen internationally. Speed and pace are important as we scale. While most of your day-to-day activities will involve producing your own creative content, you will also take part in planning, scripting, and directing larger, high-quality productions with external videographers, together with the Head of Marketing and Growth. You'll take initiative in organizing shoots and filming days to ensure we always have an updated content bank of reels, testimonials, and photos that can be used across our channels.
To succeed in this role, we believe:
- You have a natural eye for creating good looking, engaging content.
- You are efficient in design tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite, and can efficiently produce on-brand content adapted for different needs.
- You combine creativity with an analytical mindset, using feedback and data to continually improve your designs.
- You are on a constant search for inspiration and can easily adapt leading market trends and ideas to fit different target groups.
- You are an excellent communicator with strong written skills in both Norwegian and English, and you know how to tailor messaging to different audiences.
We're looking for
someone with relevant education in industrial or product design, UX or interaction design, marketing, art direction, or a related field. Ideally, this candidate has 2–5 years of experience in a creative content role and a
strong
portfolio of past creative projects. You'll be joining a team that has already built a strong visual identity, and now we're looking for someone who can elevate it further, creating content that truly reflects our brand personality. Experience with strategic branding and content production from an agency or commercial environment is highly valued, but not essential.
