I denne rollen jobber du i partnerskap med kunder for å definere og gjennomføre en vinnende vekststrategi for begge parter. Du vil lede kunden sammen med vår Senior Key Account Manager.
Hvordan du vil bidra?
Du vil:
- Kontinuerlig utvikle kunderelasjoner på tvers av alle nivåer og på tvers av alle våre spennende merkevarer og kategorier.
- Sikre volum-, ha resultatansvar, pris- og servicenivåmål for våre nøkkelkunder.
- Utvikle og sørge for levering og gjennomføring av kundens forretningsplan.
- Utarbeide profesjonelle og skreddersydde presentasjoner for kundene våre for å sikre førsteklasses lanseringer, distribusjon og pristiltak.
- Optimalisere ressursbruken for å oppnå mer lønnsomhet i driften.
- Kontinuerlig evaluere og følge opp initiativer med våre kunder.
Din profil
- Tidligere erfaring som Key Account relevant for norsk FMCG eller erfaring fra andre kunderelaterte roller. Optimalt 3 års erfaring.
- Resultat- og forretningsorientert med en tydelig vinnermentalitet.
- Dyktig forhandler med stor grad av påvirkningskraft.
- Proaktiv entreprenør, smidig, energisk og kreativ.
- Effektiv influencer med evne til å bygge relasjoner og håndtere flere interessenter, både internt og eksternt.
- Utdanning / Sertifiseringer: Mastergrad eller tilsvarende erfaring.
- Jobbspesifikke krav: Språkkrav, norsk og engelsk. Gode datakunnskaper, samt system- og prosessforståelse.

Som Key Account Manager hos Mondelez Norge vil du være ansvarlig for å administrere og utvikle strategiske kunderelasjoner med en av våre ledende dagligvarekjeder. Rollen krever en sterk kommersiell tankegang, dyp forståelse av FMCG-dynamikk og evnen til å omsette innsikt til gjennomførbare planer. Du vil jobbe tverrfaglig med markedsføring, kategoristyring og forsyningskjede for å levere bærekraftig vekst, samtidig som du sikrer feilfri gjennomføring i markedet. Suksess i denne stillingen avhenger av din evne til å kombinere analytiske ferdigheter med relasjonsbygging, fremragende forhandlinger og en praktisk tilnærming til å drive forretningsresultater.
