Oslo, Oslo County, Norway Oda Full time

At Oda, we develop affordable grocery services to make the logistics of living surprisingly easy. First we built Norway's leading online grocery store and now, partnered with Mathem in Sweden, we're on our way to becoming the world's most effective grocery system, delivering to thousands of Scandinavian doorsteps every week.

As part of our team, you'll work with smart, passionate colleagues who bring their whole selves to work every day. It's a fast-moving, collaborative environment where everyone is welcome and everyone's opinion matters. Whether you're shaping the future of online retail, tackling complex logistical problems, or making everyday life better for our customers, your work will have a real impact. Read on to find out what part you could play in our story.

We're looking for a Procurement Developer to join Oda

We are looking for someone to help drive our success in Forecasting and Procurement. This is a great opportunity for you if you enjoy a steep learning curve and mastering new systems to become the go-to in-house expert

You will play a key role in developing and owning the technical aspects of procurement parameters, such as the machine learning product forecasts, safety stock models, batch sizes optimizations, and incoming flow of goods, within our Forecast and Replenishment tool RELEX. You will be responsible for ensuring that procurement planning is optimized across Sweden and Norway, directly impacting procurement efficiency, availability and waste KPIs, and operational efficiency in the incoming department.

What we offer
  • A chance to make a real impact as a Procurement Developer in a fast-moving company with a product people love-while shaking up the grocery industry.

  • Teammates who aim high and have each other's backs. We care about people, and that means supporting each other every step of the way.

  • A flat structure where we team up across disciplines to solve exciting challenges. Big ideas come from everywhere

  • A transparent way of working. We use Slack to stay in the loop-less email, fewer meetings, more getting things done.

  • A buzzing office at Tøyen, with lunch made by our very own chefs.

  • A collaborative approach-we tackle exciting tech and product challenges together, across different fields.

A chance to shape the future of grocery shopping while building a company that's here to stay.

What you'll be doing as a Procurement Developer
  • You will become our RELEX expert with full ownership of the platform. You will develop and optimize the tool to drive system stability and improvements (lead version updates, testing, bug resolution, and negotiate system upgrades and modifications). Additionally, you will also provide training for procurement super users.

  • You will lead procurement development projects across markets: Drive cross-country initiatives involving Oda, Mathem, and internal stakeholders to improve procurement and incoming flows of goods.

  • You will be a Stakeholder in cost efficiency improvements and decision-making: Providing a global perspective on supply chain decisions from a procurement standpoint, challenging local practices, and using cost insights to optimize fixed and variable procurement costs.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience with procurement and forecasting tasks (preferably fast-moving costumer goods).

  • Experience with RELEX is a plus, but experience with similar supply chain planning tools is highly appreciated as well.

  • Preferable experience working within high-volume retail environments.

  • Strong cross-functional communication skills (bridging technical and business teams).

  • Structured problem-solving and data analysis skills.

  • Ability to investigate root causes of e.g. forecasting discrepancies or system alerts.

  • Basic understanding of SQL and Python.

  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently on process development and market support.

What would be nice to have
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of relevant working experience.

  • Fluency in English.

Practical Information
  • Application deadline:

  • Percentage: 100% FTE

  • Location: Tøyen
