We are looking for Senior UX/Visual Designer

Job Description:

  • Lead the evolution of the design system and ensure visual consistency across complex legacy software and app. 
  • Key Responsibilities: 
  • Maintain and enhance the design system library (components, tokens, patterns) using tools like Figma. 
  • Drive iconography modernization: audit existing assets, design new icons, and ensure consistency across all UI elements. 
  • Redesign high-impact dialogs and workflows for improved usability and alignment with updated guidelines. 
  • Refresh and enforce UX standards across multiple teams and platforms. 
  • Collaborate with engineering to integrate design system updates into production pipelines. 
  • Conduct usability checks to validate recognizability and accessibility of visual changes. 
  • Coordinate with distributed UX teams to ensure 

Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in UI/UX design systems and component libraries. 
  • 8–12 years of experience in UI or UX, ideally in enterprise environments 
  • Proficiency in Figma and design token management. 
  • Experience with legacy software and modernization projects. 
  • Familiarity with usability testing and accessibility best practices. 
  • Nice to Have: 
    Experience in technical or engineering software domains.
