Your responsibilities

In this role, you will develop to execute a range of investment management responsibilities, working collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners. As part of Skuld's onboarding program, you will be equipped with tools and support to excel and grow your expertise in investment operations.

We are seeking a proactive young professional who thrives on the opportunity to take ownership of the administrative aspects of global asset management while contributing to further development of robust investment processes.

The investment operations executive will ideally utilise technology and knowledge about investments and marine insurance, to streamline current processes, as well as participate in various investment-related projects.

Your tasks will be to:

  • Monitor and interact with investment management service providers
  • Contribute to the development of transaction processing, in collaboration with internal and external service providers
  • Produce and improve investment-administrative deliveries such as KYC, AML and contractual agreements
  • Participate in cross functional workstreams and investment-related projects in Skuld Finance
  • Participate in Skuld's Liquidity and Treasury teams to enhance yield on cash equivalents

Who are we looking for?

  • Master's or bachelor's degree in finance, Economics or other related field
  • Some work experience from a financial institution or other regulated industry is beneficial
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English is required
  • Interest in investment management and financial markets
  • Interest or experience with programming languages or financial software (Power BI, SQL, Python) is beneficial
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office
