Som Sales Director New Business for Crayon Norge skal du lede og videreutvikle Crayons arbeid med nykundesalg. Rollen kombinerer strategisk ledelse med operativt salgsarbeid – du vil både drive ditt eget team og selv være aktiv i markedet med fokus på å vinne nye kunder til oss.

Dine ansvarsområder vil inkludere:

  • Lede og utvikle et høytpresterende salgsteam med fokus på nykundesegmentet 
  • Utarbeide og gjennomføre salgsstrategier for å sikre vekst og økt markedsandel 
  • Aktivt identifisere, kvalifisere og lande nye kunder 
  • Sikre effektivt samarbeid på tvers av organisasjonen for å skape helhetlige kundeopplevelser 
  • Rapportere fremdrift, pipeline og måloppnåelse 

Kvalifikasjoner: 

  • Har tydelig dokumentert salgserfaring, helst fra IT- eller teknologibransjen
  • Kan vise til sterke resultater å vise til fra målrettet arbeid med å vinne nye kunder
  • Erfaring med å coache, motivere og utvikle team som jobber med nysalg 
  • Strategisk forretningsforståelse og høy gjennomføringsevne 
  • Trives i et dynamisk miljø med fokus på fart, kvalitet og resultater
