Wondr is entering an exciting and rapid growth phase We are seeking a results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to strengthen our Norwegian sales team.

About Wondr

At Wondr, we have one clear mission: to make our customers more profitable. We build a modular web application designed specifically for gym and fitness operations, simplifying the management of memberships, payments, bookings, access control, and much more. Customers can tailor the system to perfectly fit their needs.

After strong growth in recent years, we are now rapidly expanding across the Nordics. Your role will be central during this critical phase.

Wondr has been part of BRP Systems Group since 2023.

The Role

As an Outbound Sales Rep at Wondr, you will carry out sales activities that support our company goals and drive sustainable growth. You will manage leads from both provided lists and your own proactive prospecting, taking full ownership of the entire sales cycle—from initial outreach to closing deals and ensuring effective post-sales follow-up.

You will conduct product demos for potential customers and continue nurturing relationships by following up with prospects who have attended a demo.

In this role, you will also work closely with fellow sales colleagues and our marketing team to align outreach efforts and messaging. Building your network and meeting potential customers face-to-face will be an important part of the job. You will represent Wondr at trade shows and key industry events.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who thrives in new business development and excels across the entire sales cycle, from first contact to closing. You have a proven track record of successful B2B sales and strong customer engagement, combined with high self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset. You are driven by clear goals and able to independently structure your work, manage your time, and take ownership of your pipeline. Strong organizational and planning skills help you consistently meet targets, while your collaborative approach enables you to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

  • Higher education (minimum two years of college/university studies).
  • Experience in building customer relationships.
  • Hubspot (or similar) knowledge.
  • Experience with business systems (ERP, CRM, or similar).
  • Experience or network within the fitness industry is a strong advantage.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English (spoken and written). Additional languages are a plus.
  • Valid driver's license (Category B).
