As an Inspector at Bactoforce Nordic AS, you will play a vital role in ensuring the hygiene and safety of equipment in the food

industry. Your responsibilities will include conducting independent and team-based hygiene inspections, generating digital reports

based on your findings, and providing direct advice to clients on-site. You will work primarily in Norway, but occasional travel to

other Nordic countries will be required.

What will you do?

· You carry out inspections and checks at customer locations and following our process-secure methods.

· You are the point of contact for technical questions and the connecting link between the inspectors and the Head of Engineering & Technical Support.

· You support the planning and coordination of inspection activities within your region.

· You actively contribute to quality control and the continuous improvement of our services.

· You are responsible for the maintenance, calibration, registration, and certification of tools and measuring instruments (via our R-Force system).

· You collect and report incidents and accidents and initiate appropriate corrective measures in consultation.

· You identify new opportunities within our service portfolio and contribute to further development.

What do you bring?

· A technical or food technology education.

· Work experience in the food industry or another hygiene-sensitive sector.

· Knowledge of production processes, microbiology, hygiene, and maintenance technology.

· Experience as a technician, operator or specialist is a plus.

Personal profile:

· Social and representative, you enjoy being in contact with people.

· Team player with organizational ability.

· Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented

· Willing and motivated to travel regularly, including overnight stays.

· Comfortable speaking English.

· Physically able to work in confined spaces and at height.

· No problem with tight spaces or heights, and able to distinguish colors.

· In possession of a valid driver's license.
