This role sits at the intersection of craft, leadership, and brand development. Role Purpose You will lead the scratch kitchen end -to -end, delivering high -quality dishes across breakfast, lunch, and event operations. You'll be responsible for strengthening culinary standards, optimizing workflows, and building a cohesive, high -performing team aligned with the venue's heritage -driven identity. Key Responsibilities • Lead culinary operations with a strong focus on consistency, efficiency, and guest experience • Elevate menu development through seasonality, craft, and brand -aligned creativity • Optimize kitchen workflows, production systems, and operational discipline • Maintain top -tier food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards • Coach and develop the kitchen team, ensuring capability growth and retention • Support strategic planning for events, high -volume days, and special activations • Participate in rotational weekend and occasional evening shifts Working Hours 37.5–45 hours weekly Core operating window: 06:00–18:30 Compensation Structure • Base rate: approx. EUR 19.91/hour • Evening supplement: approx. EUR 1.38/hour • Weekend supplement: approx. EUR 2.62/hour Employment Terms • Two -month trial period • Two -month mutual notice period • Contract fully aligned with Norwegian labor regulations • Long -term commitment (minimum one year) strongly preferred Housing Support Optional staff housing available via salary deduction (EUR 431–517/month). Ideal Candidate A strategic, team -driven culinary leader with strong communication skills, a high sense of ownership, and the operational maturity to scale a kitchen inside a culturally anchored, community -facing venue.
