Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, preparation, and execution of commissioning for designated systems in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.
  • Ensure that Functional Design Requirements documents are updated to reflect the company's cyber security strategy.
  • Integrate cyber security requirements into procurement processes and packages.
  • Ensure cyber security is integrated into end-to-end system functionality, coordinating with relevant alliances and interfacing parties.
  • Ensure compliance with cyber security requirements in OT and IT systems, governed by IEC 62443/DNV-RP-G108 and internal procedures.
  • Act as the system integration lead for cyber security, aligning all parties and monitoring progress.
  • Address cyber security considerations in infrastructure from the field to the cloud.
  • Support the integration of the project plan, risk management, and quality assurance processes.

Required expertise

  • Proven experience in planning, executing, and supervising Cyber Security activities across complex systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of IEC 62443 and/or DNV-RP-G108 standards and internal cyber security procedures.
  • Experience acting as a lead and authority for clarifying and managing cyber risks.
  • Strong background in system integration and coordinating with various teams and suppliers.
  • Experience with securing OT and IT systems within large-scale projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Norwegian.

Language: English, Norwegian

Location: Fornebu (Bærum), Norway. Regular travel to construction sites in Børdal, Årskog, and Stord is required.

Work schedule: Full-time

Duration: Assignment from January 2026 to December 2026.
