Job Description

  • System Integration Cyber Security for FFA delivery
  • System integration positions are divided into four different areas of responsibilities.
  • Technical Integrations
  • Ensure that relevant Functional Design Requirements document(s) are updated to reflect client's strategy on cyber security.
  • Participate in confirming the overall concept with design basis, and functional and operational requirements.
  • Act as Company delegate in Audits and Verifications within the technical field.
  • Responsible with other Alliance team members for undertaking specific tasks and roles, as specified, which contribute to and support Operator fulfilling its overall "see to it" duty in accordance with the Framework Regulations

  • Ensure liaison with the Technical Integration Team and client IT and OT operations.
  • Support processes for TQs, DEVs and NCRs.
  • Contribute to solve technical challenges as early as possible and at the lowest possible level
  • Assist in driving multi-disciplinary technical activities or task forces.
  • Support integration of interface management.
  • Review technical documents to ensure consistent implementation of cyber security across the project.
  • Ensure that cyber security requirements are included in procurement processes and packages as applicable.
  • Ensure client participation in relevant ITP activities.
  • Ensure that cyber security is integrated in end-to-end system functionality in engineering, co-ordination towards relevant alliances, delivery lines and interfacing parties within the project.
  • Ensure overall system integrity, functionality, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage the System Integration resources and Scope of Work.
  • Ensuring that resources that are involved in cyber security activities have sufficient technical competence and capacity to complete the necessary deliverables.
  • Support integration of project plan, risk, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure alignment with pre-ops and the operating model.
  • Responsibility to align all parties and monitor progress of the Activity. Accountability can be assigned to one only.

Qualifications

  • Ensure "see to duty" for client within the area of cyber security.
  • Ensure compliance with client cyber security requirements in relevant OT and IT systems governed in IEC 62443/DNV-RP-G108 and internal requirements and procedures.
  • Help and guide the project to achieve compliance with government and client requirements to cyber security (e.g., packages suppliers, smart contracts, digital twin).
  • Coordinate alignment with client operation (DIG & OAD).
  • Ensure that cyber security is addressed in infrastructure from field to cloud.
  • Ensure that digital solutions including Cognite CDF is designed and operated according to client cyber security requirements.
  • Act as company's lead and authority for clarifications that involves Cyber risk.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the system integration team has sufficient technical competence and capacity to complete the necessary deliverables.
  • Support integration of project plan and quality assurance.
  • Promote and drive continuous improvements, whilst delivering learning and sharing best practice across the Alliance projects and partners.
  • Contribute to ensure that cyber security is included in project's ambiguous goals within digitalization.
  • Contribute to other project deliveries as needed.
