Role Overview
  • Design prompts & helper functions that steer AI agents across voice, chat, and email
  • Integrate Polish customer APIs, databases, CRMs, ticketing, and internal tools so agents can execute real tasks
  • Test with live data, measure performance, and fine-tune for reliability
  • Meet Polish customers to gather requirements, demo progress, and iterate quickly on feedback
  • Work side-by-side with product & engineering to ship solutions fast
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related STEM field
  • Excellent Polish and English, written & spoken
  • Experience in technical, customer-facing roles (integrations, solutions engineering, etc.) – a strong plus
  • Hands-on skills with APIs, backend logic, and system integrations
  • Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and passion for AI
  • Prior experience with conversational AI or large language models – advantage
