We are looking for a Nordic Head of Customer Acquisition to lead and drive the customer acquisition team and activities in Business Banking Digital Sales and Engagement unit. This is a full-time and permanent position.

Welcome to Digital Sales and Engagement team in Business Banking. Our objective is to grow the Small Business & Entrepreneurs  customer segment; to boost customer satisfaction, and to increase the share of digital sales. We grow and nurture the our customers with profitable customer acquisition, and high-quality customer engagement programs on our digital sales channels and service platforms. 

As a Nordic Head of Digital Customer Acquisition, you'll play a key role in achieving these targets. You lead the Nordic team of experienced digital sales & marketing professionals, and will be working closely together with the entire team. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders in Business Banking, all contributing to the common goal of driving growth.

Main responsibilities in this role:

Lead the Nordic digital customer acquisition team - a multi-disciplinary growth team with internal experts and agencies across paid media, performance content, and analytics – and align closely with brand, product, and sales leaders. Create a work environment built on trust, collaboration and good communication.Drive Small Business & Entrepreneurs segment growth for all Nordic countries, and define and own the SME digital acquisition strategy. Set growth targets, audience definitions, and performance KPIs; drive channel mix, spend allocation, and budget efficiency across markets.Lead full-funnel demand generation from top-of-funnel awareness and lead capture to nurture, qualification, and conversion in partnership with sales and onboarding teamsCollaborate closely across different teams in Digital Sales and Engagement unit, and other key stakeholders such as Business Banking country sales, product, data and marketing leaders Integrate data and technology, ensure scalability and effectiveness via automation flows across analytics, and marketing automation tools.Run a test-and-learn growth lab and implement structured experimentation (A/B, creative, landing, offer testing) to continuously improve conversion rates and customer value.

Your background and skills include:

Proven track record in leading growth with new customer acquisition in digital environment, driving tangible results in business growth while maintaining good customer experience, profitability and brand image 5-10 years in B2B digital acquisition or growth marketing, ideally from SaaS, fintech, or modern financial services environmentsProven hands-on track record in scaling high-quality leads and lowering CAC through data-driven channel optimisation and automation.Hands-on fluency in growth stack technologies – marketing automation, paid and organic channels, analytics, and lead-scoring models.Strong commercial and analytical mindset – experienced in funnel economics, LTV modelling, attribution, and ROI measurement.Strategic leader and collaborator – able to align brand, product, and commercial teams around shared growth outcomes; proven experience managing agencies and cross-market execution.Experience in commercial and team leadership, developing new processes and ways of working for digital customer acquisitionExperience in achieving results through people and leading a team with seasoned experts, with high integrity and empowering leadership styleExcellent collaboration skills, ability to work for the common objectives and priorities while driving own area to success Fluency in both written and spoken English
