Oppdragsbeskrivelse

Dagens nettbrettinfrastruktur som støtter systemer som LocusMobil og EWA er utdatert, ustabil og preget av daglige feil, dårlig dekning og VPN-relatert ustabilitet som påvirker både tjenestedrift og pasientsikkerhet. Dette fase 1-tiltaket skal utforme og anbefale en standardisert digital arbeidsflate som frikobler nettbrettene fra SIKT for å sikre stabil tilkobling mot sentrale datasentre, en trygg og effektiv teknologiløsning for både operativt personell og støttefunksjoner, samt en enhetlig arbeidsflate. Fase 2 vil omfatte implementeringen.

Hovedoppgaver

  • Konfigurere Windows Kiosk Mode (single- eller multi-app) eller alternative låste profiler.
  • Sette opp og finjustere Device Configuration Profiles, Settings Catalog, Administrative Templates og nødvendige OMA-URI-innstillinger.
  • Tilpasse Windows Update for Business slik at 24/7-enheter kan styre tidspunkt for installasjoner og omstarter.
  • Pakke og distribuere Win32-applikasjoner via Intune, inkludert avhengigheter, detection rules og return codes.
  • Herde klienter ved å fjerne unødvendige funksjoner, blokkere systeminnstillinger, konfigurere nettleser og definere tilgjengelige Shell-elementer.
  • Konfigurere nettverks- og påloggingsopplevelse, inkludert AAD-autentisering uten brukerpålogget profil (Shared device mode/kiosk).
  • Validere, teste og dokumentere hele konfigurasjonen.
  • Sikre kontrollert oppdateringshåndtering slik at 24/7-tilgjengelighet ikke påvirkes.

  • Task Sequence
  • Portåpninger som kreves for løsningen
  • Meget god norsk skriftlig og muntlig formidlingsevne
