Our client is looking for 4 experienced Senior Drilling & Wells Engineers to join their Engineering team. They are one of the fastest-growing E&P companies in the world, with ambitious plans within Drilling & Wells.

Main Responsibilities

  • Perform well planning and engineering work
  • Capture learnings and improvement suggestions throughout the well delivery process to drive continuous improvement
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary well delivery collaboration
  • Work closely with partners and vendors to deliver wells according to top industry standards

Qualifications

  • Relevant M.Sc. degree (extensive experience may compensate for formal education)
  • Strong technical understanding of Drilling & Wells planning and operations
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
