Tesla is accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy. Our mission drives innovation in every part of our supply chain, from sourcing to delivery. We are seeking a highly analytical and detail oriented Logistics 3PL Analyst to support our operations in the Nordics region.

The Logistics 3PL Analyst will manage and optimize Tesla's third-party logistics (3PL) operations across the Nordic countries. This role involves analyzing logistics performance, ensuring cost efficiency, monitoring service levels, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to streamline supply chain operations.

Position can be based in Norway or Sweden

What You'll Do- Act as the primary point of contact for Tesla's Carriers in the Nordics.
- Monitor and analyze carrier performance metrics, including delivery accuracy, lead times, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with carriers, service centers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Support transportation planning, route optimization, and capacity management.
- Ensure compliance with Tesla's logistics policies and regional regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to provide visibility into carrier performance.
- Assist when needed in contract management, invoice validation, and cost reconciliation with carriers.
What You'll Bring- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills; proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
- Experience with transportation management systems (TMS).
- Knowledge of Nordics logistics regulations and import/export processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast paced environment.
- Fluent in English desirable; additional Nordic language skills are a plus.
