Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Cloud Sales Specialist located in the Greater Oslo Region, with some flexibility for remote work. The Cloud Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales of cloud services, engaging with customers to understand their needs, delivering product demonstrations, and managing customer accounts. Responsibilities also include sales management processes, and ensuring exceptional customer service and communication.

You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying Cloud, AI, Data and Cyber Security Solutions sales opportunities with new and existing customers, maintaining, and growing a strong customer base, finding new business opportunities/partnerships, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline for future deals. You will engage customers in conversations about their IT, cloud, data or security strategy and roadmaps to determine appropriate competitive contract offer that will beat our competitors, as prefered provider working together with Technical practice leads. As a Cloud /Data/AI and Security Sales Specialist, you will coordinate sales activity internally and with partners(customers and will need a semi-technical background(flexible) to communicate effectively. You will act as a pre-sale and product specialist in customer meetings and will need some experience/quick learning of terminologies in hybrid-cloud computing, Data Analytics, A.I, Security, Governance, and Strategy. You will above all strive to increase the IT/Cloud business overall.

Main areas of responsibility:


• Identifying ways to add and grow client accounts through new business opportunities within the Norwegian/Swedish/Danish market, working closely with stakeholders both internally and externally.


• Work proactively to respond to leads/prospects, support bid responses and pre-sales with regards to

Cloud solutions.


• Establish, maintain, and grow profitable business relationships with selected customer(s) and prospects.


• Work towards sales targets and support the sales process at all stages, working closely with the rest of the sales team.


• Manage all aspects of the business with customer(s) including meeting and exceeding sales targets, accurately forecasting sales opportunities, generating, and executing on account plans.

• Communicating with clients to ensure that all their needs are understood and addressed.


• Conduct assessment of a client's business objectives and sale

• Building strong client relationships and further acquire new business and customers.


• Liaise with cross-functional internal teams and departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests and to improve the entire customer experience.


• Meeting and exceeding sales targets by expanding our market presence with marketing campaigns or strategies that work in a specific market.

To be considered for this position the following is desired.


• 1-5 years proven technical sales experience, including experience selling Azure/ AWS / Google cloud /Oracle products and services.


• Expertise with presenting technical solutions to customers.


• Experience in building and growing a sales pipeline and managing the sales process from start to finish.


• Good understanding of the IT technology stacks and able to present this to technical stakeholders.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and oral) in Norwegian/Swedish/Danish and English (Results is what matters)


• Able to navigate complex customer organizations and build close relationships with key stakeholders, both externally and internally.


• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce,Pipedrive) would be a plus.


• Good understanding of the other technical solutions.


• AWS, Azure, CGP
Fundamental Certification (Can obtain on Job)

Qualifications

  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Sales and Sales Management experience
  • Capability to provide training and support to clients
  • Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment (office and remote)
  • Experience in IT, cloud technology, or related fields is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, technology, etc is preferred
