YOUR ROLE

We are currently looking for a senior advisor to join and participate in shaping the future of our team.

As a Data Strategy and Governance Consultant, you will be a strategic partner to our clients, helping them establish and embed robust frameworks and processes to ensure effective data governance. This role combines advisory, strategy, and technical expertise, offering you the opportunity to contribute to building organizations that manage and leverage their data in a smart, efficient, and sustainable way.

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Design and implement best practices and frameworks for data governance, balancing business needs with regulatory requirements.

-Advise clients on establishing a data governance structure, including designing roles such as data stewards and -owners.

  • Contribute to creating a comprehensive data strategy, including establishing governance models for data architecture, data warehouses, and data catalogs.
  • Assist in defining and structuring workflows for data quality, data control, and metadata management.
  • Guide clients in implementing and adopting data mesh and other data governance approaches.

YOUR PROFILE

To exceed in this role, we believe the following will make you an ideal fit

  • 3-5 years of experience in data governance, data strategy, or related data management roles.
  • Experience in structuring roles and responsibilities within data governance and establishing collaboration models across business and IT.
  • A foundational understanding of data architecture, data warehousing and cloud solutions such as AWS, Azure, Fabric, GCP, Snowflake, and Databricks.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive and structured approach to problem-solving.
