Role: Product Quality Engineer
Location: Baerum, Norway (Onsite 5 days/week)
Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in supplier quality engineering, preferably in an R&D or manufacturing environment.
Proven expertise in PPAP, FMEA, control plans, and quality tools (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa).
Strong understanding of mechanical/Electronics components and manufacturing processes.
Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel to supplier sites
Provide expert input on quality standards, testing methods, and inspection criteria
