About The Programme
Our 2-year Graduate Programme is designed to give you a holistic understanding of our business, build your technical and leadership capabilities, and immerse you in our collaborative culture. You will experience:

  • 10-week global orientation across Oslo, Singapore and Aberdeen
  • Functional and cross-functional exposures
  • Mentorship and buddy support
  • Capstone projects as a Cohort
  • Visibility with senior leadership

Who We Are Seeking
Students enrolled in the third year of a Bachelor's degree, the third year of an Integrated Master's degree or the fifth year of a Master's degree in one of the following disciplines:

  • Chemical Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Material Engineering
