Built in the distinctive Norwegian Dragon Style, the hotel features 49 individually designed rooms, a grand hall, historic lounges, a fine dining restaurant, and lush gardens. About The Role

As a Breakfast Chef At Dalen Hotel, You Will
- Support the smooth daily operation of the kitchen, ensuring breakfast and related services are delivered to the highest standard.
- Take ownership of preparing and serving staff meals, ensuring quality, variety, and nutritional balance in accordance with hotel standards.
- Work closely with the culinary team to ensure guest satisfaction through attention to detail, creativity, and consistency.
- Take ownership of your assigned duties, ensuring all tasks are completed with professionalism and efficiency.
- Contribute to departmental goals, helping achieve hotel-wide initiatives and targets.
- Collaborate with colleagues to control costs, maintain stock levels, and drive productivity.
- Uphold the hotel's culture and values, fostering teamwork and a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and hygiene regulations, maintaining impeccable standards at all times.
