Do you want to work in a fun and creative environment, together with brilliant coworkers and some of Norway's most influential creators, producing entertainment that audiences truly love? Then you should apply for the Project Manager role here at Splay One

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will take on overall responsibility for successfully leading projects from start to finish. You will take over sold projects from our Client Managers and, together with experts from our various teams (Creative, Production, Performance, etc.), oversee every step of the process, while providing excellent care and guidance to your dedicated main client throughout.

You will lead and quality-assure projects of all sizes, with influencer marketing as the core of every initiative. You will focus on managing one of our key global clients and act as the primary point of contact for both the client and our creators throughout the entire process. Your work will center on influencer-driven campaigns, with occasional involvement in event activations. Your responsibilities include negotiating fees, drafting contracts, building timelines, and preparing campaign reports. You will also closely track and ensure that agreed-upon budgets and schedules are met.

• You collaborate easily and build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.

• You are an engaged, communicative leader who enjoys independently steering project teams and managing end-to-end processes.

• You are used to planning and handling complex projects with strategies across multiple platforms and formats.

• You are comfortable taking full responsibility for one primary client, acting as their long-term partner.

• You are interested in analytics and insights within social media.

• You have experience in influencer marketing.

• Experience in finding creators that align with brand identity, preferably within fashion.

• You are proactive, like staying one step ahead, and enjoy taking initiative.

• You are structured, solution-oriented, and deliver on time and within budget.

• You communicate fluently in both Norwegian and English, verbally and in writing.

You will be part of the Project Management team, collaborate closely with all Splay One departments at our Stockholm HQ, and report to Splay One's Head of Project Management. As the team is based in Stockholm, much of the day-to-day collaboration will take place digitally.
