In this role, you will be part of our dynamic Front-End and Project Delivery Team, delivering essential know-how to our offshore solutions — including green technologies — to achieve sustainable growth for our business.

The Offshore Solutions team within Offshore Production Systems (OPS) is responsible for delivering Front-End engineering solutions and, in some cases, taking technical responsibility for delivery and start-up. The team consists of technical experts able to provide solutions and guide other engineers across OPS.

, you are expected to provide in-depth technical knowledge and drive our network and cybersecurity offshore solutions. Collaboration with peers and cross-functional teams will be at your core.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead technical solutions within network and cybersecurity for SAS/ICSS solutions
• Lead, develop, and implement SAS/ICSS technical solutions
• Define system requirements for brownfield and greenfield projects
• Serve as a SAS/ICSS network advisor
• Provide technical expertise and solutions for studies, FEEDs, tenders, and project deliveries
• Stay up to date with technological developments

We think you should have

• A bachelor's or master's degree in automation, cybernetics, robotics, IT, electrical engineering, or a related technical field. Relevant work experience may substitute for formal education
• A strong background in the design, testing, and delivery of SAS/ICSS systems
• Experience establishing access policies for OT infrastructure and systems
• Experience with relevant frameworks to ensure technical solutions comply with industry and customer standards
• Experience in industrial offshore automation
• Strong communication skills
• Prior experience with Kongsberg Maritime offshore automation and control systems is desirable
