About the Role

We are seeking a commercially driven leader to head TF Bank's Credit Card business in Norway. As
Head of Credit Cards: Norway
, you will be responsible for the P&L and ensuring that our offering is competitive, locally relevant, and compliant with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with central teams in Commercial, Risk, Compliance, Product/IT, and Collections to align strategy and execution, while also driving local initiatives and partnerships that strengthen our position in the Norwegian market.

Key Responsibilities

  • P&L Accountability
    : Oversee portfolio performance, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Market Strategy
    : Contribute to and implement the Norwegian market strategy, including positioning, pricing, and differentiation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    : Partner with central functions (Commercial, Risk, Compliance, Product/IT, and Collections) to tailor the offering to local needs and deliver on key objectives.
  • Partnership Management
    : Build and manage local partnerships that expand reach and create customer value.
  • Market Insights
    : Monitor competitor moves, customer trends, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Regulatory Alignment
    : Ensure Norwegian compliance requirements are fully met in cooperation with the Compliance team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    credit cards, consumer finance, or retail banking
    , ideally in Norway.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage
    P&L responsibility
    and deliver on financial targets.
  • Strong understanding of the
    regulatory landscape
    in Norway.
  • Experience in
    cross-functional collaboration
    within a matrix organization.
  • Commercially focused with strong
    analytical and problem-solving skills
    .
  • Excellent communication skills in
    Norwegian and English
    .
