Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead project teams and secure interface between Engineering & Procurement, Fabrication, Installation, MC/Commissioning and Job-setting

Establish and maintain engineering activities and procurement schedule

Develop cost estimates and scope of work for projects to obtain approval by client for project execution

Responsible for preparing and follow-up of plans, change management, weight, cost and interface with equipment vendors

Ensure compliance with the agreed Project Execution Model (PEM)

Gives input to the risk register and contribute to risk management in the project

Contribute to engineering KPI results both internally and in project

Comply with the company's HSE guidelines and QA objectives

Contribute with technical solutions to reduce CO2 footprints and how to utilize standards solutions

Ensure that discipline deliverables are in compliance with work processes and procedures

Qualifications:

Higher technical education at Bachelor or Masters Level

Experience as Project Lead from maintenance and modification projects in Oil and Gas industry

Experienced in solving multi-discipline problems

Good knowledge of relevant rules and regulations

The candidate shall be familiar with execution of simplified modifications on the NCS and have a commercial mindset.

Experience with Proarc and IFS will be an advantage.

Personal Qualities:

Strong communication and cooperation skills

Structured and systematic approach

Good analytic skills

Have the ability to work independently and in a team, to be proactive and focused on safety and project goals

Good communication skills, fluent written and spoken English and Norwegian

Start date: asap

Duration: 1 year

Place of work: Stavanger
