Project Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Project Manager for Upgrades and Modifications at Kongsberg Maritime, Global Customer Support, Automation, Energy & Integrated Systems. We are expanding and seeking additional project managers to join our dedicated team. As part of a responsible company with global reach, you will work alongside a diverse, experienced, and motivated group of project managers. Our team delivers aftermarket projects to end-customers in the maritime and offshore markets, utilizing Kongsberg Maritime's vast range of products and systems. What will be your responsibilities?

• Plan, manage, and control a portfolio of after-market delivery projects.
• Motivate and follow up with your project teams.
• Establish and maintain good customer relations.
• Handle and secure variation orders during the projects.
• Support sales and contribute to continuous improvements.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering.
• Experience as a Project Manager, or aspiring for such a challenge.
• Experience with customer relations.
• Knowledge or interest in maritime operations and products.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

This employment may require security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority, clearance through Civil Aviation Authority or a background check.
