What you’ll be doing:

As the Trade Finance Customer Specialist, you actively support colleges and customers and contribute to high customer satisfaction by handling their domestic and international transactions in an efficient way. You are willing to continuously develop your personal and professional skills and competencies to meet customer demand and reach targets set. As a proactive team member, you focus on continuous improvements and efficient execution of the daily business.

The role is based in Oslo at Nordea huset.

Your profile and background:

  • Banking and Trade Finance business
  • Ability to work and make decisions independently, also under pressure
  • Relevant education and strong communication skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written Norwegian and English
  • Positive attitude with the right focus on always doing your utmost to ensure top performance
  • Know and understand value of creating great customer experiences
