Vi søker en Business Controller med god erfaring innen økonomistyring og med analytiske evner og gode formidlingsegenskaper til en spennende stilling. Rollens ansvarsområde vil være bredt og du vil ha mulighet til å påvirke stillingens innhold og utforming.

Sporveien søker deg som ønsker å bidra til vekst, lønnsomhet og fornøyde kunder og som har en kommersiell tilnærming. Den som ansettes må være forretningsorientert og ha svært gode samarbeidsevner da stillingen gir betydelig støtte til beslutningsprosesser i datterselskap og forretningsenheter.





Din rolle i Sporveien:




  • Controller-Oppgaver: Utføre nøkkeloppgaver for å støtte konsernets enheter og datterselskaper i deres økonomiske styring.
  • Budsjettledelse: Ta ansvar for å lede budsjettprosesser og utvikle nøkkelindikatorer (KPI'er) som er essensielle for konsernets suksess.
  • Finansiell Analyse: Engasjere deg i dyptgående finansiell analyse og utredningsarbeid for å drive frem strategiske initiativer.
  • Ad Hoc-Oppgaver: Effektivt håndtere finansielle vurderinger og ad hoc oppgaver som oppstår i en dynamisk organisasjon.


Ønskede kvalifikasjoner:




  • Akademisk Bakgrunn: Innehar en økonomisk utdanning på masternivå.
  • Erfaring: Minimum 5 års relevant arbeidserfaring.
  • Faglig Kompetanse: Stor faglig styrke innen økonomistyring og controlleroppgaver.
  • Kommunikasjonsevner: Flytende i både norsk og engelsk, med en evne til å formidle komplekse ideer på en klar og konsis måte.
