Position Description:

Vi søker en Lead Business Controller som vil være en strategisk, finansiell, og operasjonell sparringspartner for vår administrerende direktør og ledelsesteamet i CGI. Dette er en stilling i et internasjonalt selskap med store vekstambisjoner, hvor du vil ha stor gjennomslagskraft i utviklingen av rollen og ditt ansvar. CGI sin globale strategi om 50% organisk vekst og 50% vekst gjennom oppkjøp er et viktig område for business controller å ta del i. Øvrige oppgaver vil være å sikre korrekt rapportering i henhold til IFRS og SOX, drive analysearbeid, være en sparringspartner for øvrige ansatte.

Lederrollen erstatter vår nåværende kollega, ettersom hun har fått nye utfordringer etter mange innholdsrike og spennende år i stillingen. Rollen passer både for deg som ønsker å ta steget opp fra der du er i dag, eller for den erfarne som kan gå rett inn i rollen og ta ansvaret som kreves i slik rolle. I begge tilfeller følger det et ansvar for å lede et dyktig team med financial controllers. Er du på vei opp karrierestigen, vil du få solid oppbakking fra din mentor og finansmiljøet i CGI.

Dine ansvarsområder utover det som er nevnt:
• Lede og utvikle et team av Financial Controllers
• Samarbeide tett med forretningspartnere internt for å forstå deres virksomhet
• Sikre at våre analyser og økonomiske resultater er korrekte og blir levert i rett tid
• Støtte økonomiavdelingen i forberedelse og presentasjon økonomiske resultater sammenlignet med forecast og budsjett
• Sikre integriteten til finansrapporter ved å bruke kunnskap om virksomheten, prosesser og tekniske standarder som grunnlag
• Støtte eksterne og interne revisjonsteam i gjennomføringen av revisjoner, herunder revisjon i henhold til SOX rammeverket
• Være finansiell leder og sparringspartner for kontrakts- og prosjektøkonomistyring, inkludert overholdelse av retningslinjer og IFRS
• Lede månedlig forecast-prosess og årlig budsjettprosess
• Bidra til å gjennomføre kontinuerlige forbedringer i finansorganisasjonen.
• Støtte og samarbeide med prosjektledelse internt i ulike prosjekter og støtte denne i analysearbeid
• Samarbeide med ulike fagområder i CGI Norge og globalt

Kvalifikasjoner for å lykkes i denne rollen:
Vi søker deg som har en mastergrad eller tilsvarende innen finans og økonomi. Du har solid erfaring med å samarbeide med revisorer og operere innenfor et SOX-miljø. Vi forventer også at du har erfaring med å lede og veilede ansatte i en finansavdeling.
