We are currently looking for our new Business Intelligence & Performance Team Lead who will be involved in identifying, initiating, and ensuring the implementation of new processes in the logistics department at foodora. As the leader of a small team of Business Intelligence & Performance Analysts, you will be a key contributor by coordinating the department through alignment, creation, and continuous improvement of work methodology, routines, and documentation You will be part of an active and dynamic environment with many initiatives and great commitment. In this role, you will work closely with the logistics management team and report directly to the Head of Logistics.

  • Analyze data on how the courier business and outlets perform

  • Present findings to the department with suggestions for actions, are there simpler ways to solve existing tasks?

  • Led and guided a smaller team of Performance Analyst as well as set priorities for the Performance department in collaboration with the Head of Logistics

  • Process optimization and implementation of new measures

  • Evaluation of initiatives: We want to evaluate new routines, systems, and processes based on available data

  • Contribute to the coordination of the project portfolio and periodically lead larger projects

Qualifications

… to succeed in the role of Senior Performance Specialist, we envision that you: ​​​​​​

  • Have previous experience in process and structure implementation

  • Hold a master’s degree or equivalent work experience in economics, industrial economics, engineering, statistics, mathematics, information technology, or similar

  • Have experience in project management and/or leadership of smaller teams

  • Have dealt with data for use in business decisions

  • Enjoy complex problem-solving

  • Know Tableau and/or other tools for visualization of data and databases

  • Are an expert in Excel and proficient in performance tools

  • Good Norwegian and English language skills, oral and written

  • Are interested in technology

  • Experience with forecasting tools is a plus
