Your Role

I rollen som Operational Care Specialist vil du bli en viktig del av vår sjøavdeling. Du vil få ansvar for kontakt med rederier og underleverandører, både nasjonalt og internasjonalt. I tillegg vil du koordinere sjøfraktsendinger i samarbeid med vårt Customer Care-team og våre internasjonale kontorer, med fokus på å levere høy kvalitet og service for våre kunder.

Your Responsibilities

Forberedelse og overvåking: Du forbereder sjøfraktsendinger og følger opp bookinger fra rederier og underleverandører.  Koordinering og registrering: Du samarbeider med Customer Care-teamet og underleverandører for å gjennomføre forsendelser og registrere oppdrag.  Overholdelse av regler: Du sørger for at forsendelser gjennomføres i tråd med gjeldende regler og interne retningslinjer.  Samarbeid og implementering: Du jobber tett med salgsavdelingen og Customer Care-teamet for å implementere nye kunder.  Kostnadskontroll og fakturering: Ansvar for kostnadskontroll ved valg av riktig underleverandør, samt fakturering og oppfølging av inntekter og kostnader. 
 

Your Skills and Experiences

Relevant yrkeserfaring innen spedisjon/transport/logistikk er en fordel. Relevant utdanning kan kompensere for arbeidserfaring  Presisjon og kvalitet: Vi søker deg som er nøye og kvalitetsbevisst. Du setter standarden høyt og leverer nøyaktig arbeid  Samarbeid og fleksibilitet: Du trives både i team og når du arbeider selvstendig, og det er en fordel i rollen om du er strukturert og takler et hektisk arbeidstempo, samtidig som du raskt kan tilpasse deg nye situasjoner  God systemforståelse og datakunnskaper  Beherske norsk og engelsk, skriftlig og muntlig
