Position Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Trade Marketing Manager in Norway to join the marketing team supporting the success of our Edrington portfolio. This role is responsible for all the consumer and channel specific brand activations in Norway across the brand portfolio including 3rd party. This position owns the development of local tools for all relevant consumer and customer activations including PR and driving the digital transformation. Responsibility for building a strong collaborative environment with local sales team, customer marketing and brand marketing team including brand ambassadors. The Trade Marketing Manager looks after the local A&P budget and brand/ growth planning for Edrington and 3rd Party brand owners. Reporting to the Nordic & Germany Customer Marketing Manager the position drives key projects within the Nordic customer marketing organisation.

Job Description

Responsible for the development and execution of detailed local brand activation plans for Edrington and 3rd party brands including consumers and customer channels Development and implementation of brand concepts, communication materials and tools for consumer activations such as Consumer festivals, PR and all customers channels including digital platforms Accelerate the internal digital customer focus and upscale the brand existence at customer pages, monopoly site and Edrington Norway webpage Create local PR program and activations Responsible for brand execution at customer/consumer events and fairs Drive the marketing agenda with the monopoly and act as an active contributor to presentation/meetings to influence new listings Manage cross- Nordic customer specific brand marketing project Responsible for building a strong collaborative environment with local sales team, customer marketing and brand marketing including brand ambassadors Continually evaluate key activities including effectiveness and drive changes to improve results Ownership of the local A&P budget for Edrington and 3rd Party brand owners Manage local Brand and Growth Planning for Edrington and 3rd Party brand owners Manage the planning and evaluation of Nordic Brand Ambassador activations in Norway, objectives and KPI's Build a strong collaborative culture by sharing relevant information within the team and with other functions Be a support for the local sales team and Country Manager Responsible for coordinating the local office together with Country Manager

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you have relevant experience from a siilar role working with marketing project management, customer marketing, brand marketing and event activations. You hold experience from owning the development of communication material for physical visibility, events, and digital platforms. You have experience from working with different customer channels – On/Off- trade, retail and digital. A self-starter you are agile, with a can-do attitude and excellent planning, organising & prioritising skills. Ideally you have project management skills to drive the agenda, prioritize, evaluate, and drive change for improvement. A team player, efficient in collaborating, building strong relations you hold good communication skills. You have exceptional budget ownership and management of reporting experience and can provide examples of where you have worked with agency partners to deliver outstanding results. Highly motivated, dynamic, and can-do approach you have good systems skills in Microsoft applications and general good IT skills, InDesign, and Photoshop. English written and spoken fluently- Local language (Norwegian) is preferred.
