Job Purpose
Performs calibration in NABL certified lab for pressure monitoring devices. Ensures installation, service and upgradation of electrical and electronic equipment in Test Lab.
Job Description
Responsible for Calibration of pressure transmitters and pressure gauges. Maintain the calibration reports and manage the calibration process of the measuring & monitoring equipment for the shop floor. Responsible for installation, service, and upgradation DAQs(Data Acquisition systems) and other electrical/electronic equipment in Test lab. Manage TAT time for the calibration activity. Attend to daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance of equipment as per the maintenance plan. Liaise with respective OEM to understand the maintenance aspect of the equipment as well as to sort out maintenance-related issues. Prepare maintenance reports and metrics on a monthly basis. Support maintenance reporting activity using TDM/SAP Maintenance module Maintain a history card against each equipment. Attend to breakdown maintenance within 24 Hours. Coordinate with the procurement team to arrange for required spares for equipment maintenance. Manage the IMS documents to comply with NABL standards, statutory & legal requirements.You are meant for this job if:
• Graduate degree or equivalent in Mechanical/ Electrical & Electronics engineering • 5 years of relevant work experience • Working knowledge of NABL and other applicable standards and guidelines • Service/Customer oriented • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and project culture • Good command of English
