Process Mining Lead

We are in search of a motivated and detail-oriented Process Mining Lead who will be who will champion the adoption and implementation of cutting-edge process mining techniques to streamline our operational efficiency and enhance process performance. Joining our Global Business Transformation Team, you will be at the heart of driving our customer-centric strategy, contributing to our transformation objectives by harnessing data-driven insights to inform effective decision-making and facilitate continuous improvement. Being part of this team means working closely with various group functions and markets. In your role as the Process Mining Lead, you'll report to me, Sweta Velambath, the Head of Business Process Management. Your mission is to chart the course for process mining within our comprehensive Business Process Management framework, guiding a dedicated team of Process Improvement Consultants toward operational excellence.
Your responsibilities will be multifaceted, central among them the creation and execution of a strategic roadmap for process mining initiatives. With a forward-thinking approach, you'll launch these initiatives into action, closely monitoring progress and ensuring our targets are not just met, but surpassed. Your leadership will be instrumental in uncovering data-driven process improvement opportunities and initiating projects that refine and redefine our operational workflows.
Moreover, a crucial part of your role involves training and building the process mining skillset across functions and markets. You will serve not only as a leader but also as a mentor, elevating our internal capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. You will collaborate with different capabilities in Telia (e.g. Analytics, IT) to ensure that process mining becomes a core competency that significantly contributes to our bottom line.

We are on the lookout for an individual with proven experience in leading process improvement or process mining projects, ideally within the Telecoms sector. As our Process Mining Lead, you must possess a talent for diving deep into data, shining a light on insights that propel operational innovation. Your ability to derive clarity from complexity is vital, ensuring our teams remains focused on scalable and sustainable improvements. Your adeptness in building confidence amongst colleagues is essential, empowering them to unearth and capitalize on data-driven discoveries. Effective collaboration with group functions and markets is key. Other important qualities are a resourceful attitude, resiliency, and a laser focus on fostering transformation.

You're a curious problem-solver who loves to dive into data and come up with clear, pragmatic solutions. Your critical thinking skills are top-notch, enabling you to sift through complex information and find the gems that will lead to improvement. Communication comes naturally to you; you're skilled at sharing your findings in a way that everyone, from technical teams to business executives, can grasp. As a self-motivated individual, you take ownership of your tasks and continuously seek ways to enhance your knowledge and skills. You possess a strong educational background in Business analysis, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, highlighting your readiness tackle the challenges this role presents. With at least 3 years of experience in process mining, you're well-versed in using leading process mining tools and methodologies to drive improvements with tangible benefits. You possess knowledge of process improvement techniques like Lean or Six Sigma, and have applied these methodologies to enhance operational efficiency in previous roles. You have a solid understanding of how to interpret process data, analytics, and KPIs, and can effectively communicate these insights to shape business decisions. You have a proven ability to manage projects spanning various departments and stakeholder groups, showing that you can handle tasks complex and large scale alike. Your track record shows a clear history of implementing process innovation and excellence within an organization, preferably in a specialist or lead role.Telia is more than a workplace.
