Job Purpose

Nous recherchons pour l’entité Flexi France, filiale du groupe TechnipFMC basée à Le Trait (76) à proximité de Rouen, un.e Ingénieur.e de Production (H/F) à pourvoir en CDI.

En tant qu'Ingénieur.e de Production et sous la responsabilité du Responsable de Production, vous devrez :

Piloter et animer des projets d’amélioration au sein de la Direction des Opérations Industrielles en y développant la culture Business Excellence. Assister les responsables de Production dans l’exécution de leurs missions opérationnelles et projets.

ACTIVITÉS :

Développer des plans de progrès dans les domaines techniques, organisationnels (systèmes d’information, …), économiques contribuant à une meilleure efficience de la Production. Mener des projets transverses en collaboration avec les autres départements, services. Piloter la bonne exécution des projets en assurant un reporting régulier et en respectant les délais associés. Utiliser et promouvoir, en lien avec le chef de projet opérations Industrielles et le service Business Excellence, les outils méthodologiques de résolution de problèmes, de conduite de réunion, de lean management. Être acteur de la gestion du changement liée à ses projets en contribuant notamment au processus de formation. Etre force de proposition sur l’ensemble des plans de progrès des processus liés à la Production.

Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous pourrez être amené(e) à effectuer des interventions ponctuelles sur les horaires de l’équipe de nuit et/ou WE pour le besoin des chantiers d’amélioration continue et l’accompagnement du changement.

You are meant for this job if:

Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de niveau Bac+5, Diplôme d'ingénieur généraliste avec une dominante en gestion de production et en mécanique.

Expérience d’au moins 2 ans en gestion de projets d’amélioration continue dans le secteur de l’industrie. 

Vous avez un niveau d’anglais courant.

Connaissances techniques : Gestion de projets, management transverse, maîtrise des démarches d’amélioration continue.

Connaissances informatiques : Aisance sur les outils informatiques, Pack Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), utilisation d’un ERP.

• Vous avez également la capacité de travailler en transverse, d'établir les priorités et de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
