Om jobben
Vi har nå en ledig 100 % stilling i vår vaktsentral, hvor du vil arbeide i en 3-delt turnus med dag-, kveld- og nattevakter. Vår nåværende turnus går over 9 uker, hvor du i løpet av denne perioden vil ha 7 nattevakter, med de øvrige vaktene fordelt på dag, kveld og mellomvakter. Det vil også være jobbhelg hver tredje helg, samt flere langhelger og hviledager i uken. Nattevakter varer fra kl. 21.00 til kl. 07.00, og utføres alene, mens øvrige vakter har en varighet på 7,5 timer hvor du samarbeider med et større team.
Arbeidsoppgaver vil blant annet være :
Besvare og håndtere innkommende telefoner og e-poster Håndtere henvendelser relatert til NAFs veihjelp, forsikringsselskaper, og mobilitetsgaranti via telefon Betjene vakttelefon for flere av landets forsikringsselskaper Utføre diverse BackOffice-oppgaver Organisere leiebil, overnatting, og flybestillinger for kunder Iverksette skadebegrensende tiltak for våre forsikringskunder Håndtere E-Call-anrop Samarbeide tett med våre internasjonale partnere for å bistå deres kunder i Norge, samt nordmenn i utlandetDenne listen er ikke uttømmende
